Today he replaced a hose bib out back and fixed both toilets from running for a really good price. If you ever need a plumber, he’s your guy! A big thank you to Brad and his team for a job well done!"

I originally thought the pipe had burst from the recent freeze. However, upon inspection, a repair made to the pipe by another plumber during the 2021 freeze failed. Brad repaired the pipe the proper way. He was very professional, excellent communication (particularly as I was not onsite), and cost was reasonable and disclosed prior to making the repair. Brad also provided me with videos and pictures of the repair needed and made. It is hard to find good plumbers in DFW, but Brad is certainly one of them!!"

They arrived on time, assessed the damage and gave me an estimate. Gave it a day to let the lake beneath the house dry out a little. Mark and his assistant (a polite young man whose name I forgot - sorry!) did a fantastic job, laid down mats to protect the floor, wore shoe covers every time they came in and out, and completed the repair quickly and as quoted. I wanted to take the time to write this review now because we were on the verge of a plumbing nightmare but the day was saved by Total Care! As soon as we could we called Total Care, he was out here the very next morning, and told us our pipes were totally fine and was able to remove a huge clog that was backing everything up and saved us quite literally thousands of dollars. Total Care Plumbing will be my go-to plumber for all my future needs!"

"Brad and his apprentice are the best! We originally called them on a recommendation from a neighbor, and I’m so glad we did. He is a straight shooter, very fair on price, and helps explain problems and options. We have had Brad fix many plumbing issues in our home, including descaling cast iron pipes, installing a two-way clean out, and installing a new garage sink with a tricky drain situation. Always prompt and professional and clean! We will use Total Care Plumbing for any future plumbing needs."

"Brad arrived just a couple minutes early, and I really like that. He was super friendly and explained the situation very clearly and easy to understand. It turned out to be a minor issue and he explained how I could resolve it myself saving me a couple hundred dollars. In the end he didn't charge me for augering or the service call. How nice it is to have this kind of service. I will definitely call him again for future needs."

"Brad and Christian Came out to my mom’s house to help with the frozen pipe burst from the weekend freeze and was there very quickly and got everything repaired in time! Thank you so much you guys!"

"Great service, quick, professional and polite."

"This company and Brad are EXCEPTIONAL!! Our backyard faucet broke on a Sunday and was spraying water everywhere. I spoke with Brad and he PROMPTLY called back and got to our home on a Sunday to repair. Couldn’t be more grateful for top notch service and repair!!!"

"Today was our first experience with Brad. We based our decision to call him largely on the excellent reviews we had read. Well, it’s all true excellent service easy to talk to with no surprises. We have an older home on an acre in Colleyville which when built was on a septic system. All the homes in this area were converted to the sewer system sometime in the 70’s which has its own unique issues since all the original pipes went to the back yard and now go around the house to the street. Everything was fixed and we discussed possible future issues with the system as well as remedies. We will defiantly be calling these guys again if the need arises."

"Awesome sustained services for my family for years now. We think of Brad as a trusted friend! Fair pricing, guarantees, and efficient, quality work. Great response time as well! A shout out to Christian as well!"

"No fuss, quality work and very efficient. They had the right experience to resolve all of my hot water heater challenges. I highly recommend Brad, he’s a great business owner and knows how to get it done."

"This is a great family owned and operated business! We’ve had them out a couple times chasing down a small leak in our system. They have been very upfront and honest about the process involved and took a lot of extra time to answer all of our questions. I appreciate their wealth of knowledge and experience. I will definitely be calling them in the future with any plumbing or gas issues."

"Perfect experienced plumbers, fast work and know what they are doing. Highly recommend"

"We decided to have our entire house replumbed due to age and we wanted to change out any remaining galvanized pipe. Brad was great. He was upfront with costs and expectations. "Water heater replacement. Brad arrived on time, put down tarps to cover the flooring and carpeting. He worked quickly and did a great job. He neatened up all the plumbing and venting. Good job. No mess left behind."

"We have called Brad and his guys multiple times and always been very pleased. They are kind, professional, knowledgeable, fairly priced and communicative. In the past we have called large companies and the experience with Brad and His crew is far superior. Total Care plumbing has become our go to for plumbing. It can be hard to find reliable people in trades because there are so many to choose from in the metroplex. It gives us peace of mind to know they are there when we need them. 5 stars all the way!"

"Brad and Christin are amazing! They have helped us multiple times. Brad is very knowledgeable patient with questions. Pricing is always fair and straightforward. Total Care Plumbing is our go to plumber!!!"

"Brad was super professional, quick and priced well. He fixed our hot water heater instead of automatically trying to sell us one like other companies I called. Everything you want in a plumber and more. The honesty alone is priceless. His sons work on his team and were so kind and professional as well! A true gem and family owned and operated."

"They were on time each time they came in February. A total of 3 times, due to more than one job and one leak that just didn't want to be fixed. However, they were determined to get it fixed and they did. Thank you."

"Excellent service at a reasonable price! Definitely would recommend them to my friends and family!"
