The guys at Home Depot that delivered my fridge didn’t know to connect it since the water line ran underneath the house so Brad came back out and connected it for me. "Brad came out to repair a pipe in the garage of one of our properties. He arrived on time and gave advance notice when he was on his way. I originally thought the pipe had burst from the recent freeze. However, upon inspection, a repair made to the pipe by another plumber during the 2021 freeze failed. Brad repaired the pipe the proper way. He was very professional, excellent communication (particularly as I was not onsite), and cost was reasonable and disclosed prior to making the repair. Brad also provided me with videos and pictures of the repair needed and made. It is hard to find good plumbers in DFW, but Brad is certainly one of them!!"

"Outstanding service! My 84 year old mother had a water leak underneath her house. I scheduled an appointment with Total Care to come out and do the repairs. They arrived on time, assessed the damage and gave me an estimate. Gave it a day to let the lake beneath the house dry out a little. Mark and his assistant (a polite young man whose name I forgot - sorry!) did a fantastic job, laid down mats to protect the floor, wore shoe covers every time they came in and out, and completed the repair quickly and as quoted. We have an older home on an acre in Colleyville which when built was on a septic system. All the homes in this area were converted to the sewer system sometime in the 70’s which has its own unique issues since all the original pipes went to the back yard and now go around the house to the street.
