A leaking water heater is one of those problems that people tend to put off - until they can't. By the time there's water pooling on the floor or rust showing up around the base, the unit has usually been struggling for a while. That's exactly where this Grapevine home was when we got the call.

The old unit was dripping and past its useful life, so we pulled it out and installed a Bradford White gas water heater in its place. Bradford White is a brand we trust. They're built specifically for professional installation, manufactured in the US, and they hold up well over time. This isn't the kind of unit you grab off a shelf at a big box store.

Here's what we ended up with - a clean, properly fitted installation with solid copper supply lines, a new flexible gas connector, and everything set up correctly from the ground up. No shortcuts. The kind of work that holds up long after we've left.

A leaking water heater won't fix itself. And the longer it sits, the bigger the potential for water damage, mold, or a complete failure at the worst possible time. If your unit is dripping, rusting, or just not keeping up the way it used to, it's worth getting someone out to take a look before it turns into a much larger headache.
