A clogged building drain at a restaurant is not a "deal with it later" kind of problem. It can shut the whole operation down before the first customer walks in the door. That's exactly the situation we got the call for - and we moved fast.

We got across town, located the cleanout access along the exterior of the building, and got to work with our drain snake. The line was backed up and needed to be cleared the right way - not just poked at until water moved again. Our tech worked through it methodically, feeding the cable through and breaking up the blockage until the line was flowing clean.

After clearing the drain, we ran a video camera inspection through the line to confirm the blockage was fully cleared and to check the condition of the pipe. That last step matters a lot in commercial settings. You want to know there's nothing else lurking down the line that could cause the same problem a week from now. It's a quick way to give the customer real answers instead of just a best guess.

The whole job was wrapped up before the restaurant opened for the day. That's the goal every time - show up fast, fix it right, and get out of the way so the business can run. No drama, no half measures.

Commercial drain issues don't wait for a convenient time. Grease buildup, food waste, and heavy daily use are hard on drain lines, and when one of those lines fails, it fails at the worst possible moment. Having a plumber who can respond quickly and actually solve the problem - not just temporarily clear it - makes a real difference for any food service operation.
